EJ Widun is the Chief Technology Officer for Oakland County. EJ joined Oakland County 2015 to launch their Enterprise Architecture practice. His philosophy and team culture focus on integrating business, security, application, technical, and data risks into executable strategies while fostering a spirit of collaboration across IT and business partners.

EJ brings over twenty-five years of experience to his endeavors that spans several industries including government, financial services, car rental, technology and automotive. During his career, EJ’s responsibilities have included: Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Information Security, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Process Transformation, Application Development, Identity Management, Cloud, Technology Operations and Project Management. EJ is also an active member on the Board of Directors for Michigan Government Management Information Science (MiGMIS) and Oakland Schools Cyber Security Advisory Committee.

Some career highlights include:
• Launching the Tech Debt Check application to help public sector organizations control their technical risk
• Transforming the use of data for actionable insights in car rental and financial services industries
• Reducing cost structures through innovative strategies and contract negotiations

EJ is a native of Philadelphia where he completed his graduate and undergraduate studies at St. Joseph’s University with degrees in International Marketing, Management Information Systems and Marketing. EJ resides in Oakland County with his wife and two children. During his free time, EJ writes blogs focused on technology, leadership and adoption.

Drew's services have been aligned with vendors like Cisco, HP, Juniper, SonicWALL, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and other cloud based appliances/services for compliancy, network optimization, and security. As a solution architect at Tech Data he is specialized in Cisco cybersecurity products, and has technical certifications ranging from Cisco specialized: CCNP Security, to vendor agnostic CISSP certifications.

Brian lives in Scottsdale, AZ, but grew up in Oakland County, MI and is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Blake Kelly is a senior Information Technology (IT) sales and delivery executive with over 18 years of industry experience. Currently, Mr. Kelly serves as Cloud Sales Manager for Strategic Communications, a Value-Added Reseller and IT services provider with commercial, education, state, local, and federal government customers nationwide. With a broad background in computing, network, storage, and analytics; Kelly has consistently helped business organizations execute strategy and deliver results through deployment of technology and cloud-based solutions. Prior to joining the Strategic team, Mr. Kelly served as a Cloud Solutions Account Executive for Tech Data, one of the world’s largest technology distributors, and earned awards for Rookie of the Year and the Circle of Excellence President’s Club. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Calvin University and holds multiple professional certifications including: AWS Business Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and ITIL Foundations v3.

As the Minneapolis CIO for seven-plus years, Mr. Doll was responsible for all City IT services. Formerly South Dakota's CIO for 15 years with responsibility for all state government computing, telecommunications, state radio, and public broadcasting. While with IT research firms, Mr. Doll has advised Fortune 1000, Federal, State, and Local Government CIOs on information technology assessment and alignment to business needs. He has served as a Director with the United States General Services Administration, developing information technology strategic plans and oversight policy. Mr. Doll received his Computer Science degree from Virginia Tech and is a Senior Executive Fellow of the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He is a past President of NASCIO — a national organization of state CIOs. He also is a past President of the Metropolitan Information Exchange (MIX) — a national organization of city and county CIOs. Mr. Doll was named to Government Technology's Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers.
