State Chief Information Officer, State of Nevada  

Timothy Galluzi was appointed administrator of the Enterprise Information Technology Services Division (EITS) in February 2021 and designated as the State Chief Information Officer in June 2022. Following the agency's transition from EITS to the Office of the Chief Information Officer in the Governor's Office, Timothy was reappointed State Chief Information Officer. Timothy has been serving the State of Nevada since 2013 in various roles in information technology (IT) and leadership. He began with EITS in 2018 and has served as the project manager for the statewide Microsoft Office 365 implementation as well as the technology investment administrator in EITS Office of the Chief Information Officer. Prior to his tenure at EITS, Timothy held IT professional and programmer/analyst roles at the State Public Works Division and Western Nevada College, respectively. Timothy started his IT career by serving eight years in the United State Marine Corps filling roles as a telecommunications chief and Formal Schools instructor. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in IT Management from Western Governors University. Timothy is a proud Marine Corps veteran and has worked to give back to his fellow veterans, volunteering to serve on former Governor Sandoval's Student Veterans Advisory Council, the Western Nevada College Veterans Resource Center, and the Disabled American Veterans, Carson City Chapter.

Chief Information Officer, Office of Technology and Information Services, State of South Carolina

Nathan Hogue, Chief Information Officer (CIO), has worked with the South Carolina Department of Administration (Admin) — and its predecessor, the South Carolina Budget and Control Board — since 2001. Nathan’s career in state government began with an entry-level Service Desk position and since that time has served in a variety of IT-related areas including account management, contract management, customer service and leading the team responsible for the management of the state’s telephone system. Nathan most recently served as Admin’s IT Director, where he helped lead many of the agency’s technology projects and initiatives, including the successful launch and management of the Program Management Office (PMO). Throughout his professional career, Nathan has placed an emphasis on the development and fostering of strong relationships with his fellow state agencies. As CIO, he looks forward to continuing this emphasis and placing renewed importance on customer relations, business growth and retention, and the timely delivery of services.

Chief Information Officer and Administrator for the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET), State of Wisconsin

Trina Zanow is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the State of Wisconsin and Administrator for the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET). She is driven to continue building a forward-thinking future for the State focused on enhancing the lives of Wisconsin customers using innovative, secure, and optimal government services. With nearly thirty years serving the State of Wisconsin, Trina has embraced transparency, collaboration, and appreciating the contributions of those around her. She has served various leadership roles in the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), the Department of Health Services (DHS), and the Department of Administration (DOA). Trina is a respected leader, advisor, and partner who drives the State’s IT Strategy while facing the growing opportunities and challenges of government today. Trina holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business.

Chief Programs Officer, e.Republic

Teri Takai is the Chief Programs Officer for the Center for Digital Government, a national research and advisory institute on information technology policies and best practices in state and local government. She worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years in global application development and information technology strategic planning. From Ford, she moved to EDS in support of General Motors. A long-time interest in public service led her to the government sector, first as CIO of the State of Michigan, then as CIO of the State of California, and subsequently the CIO of the U.S. Department of Defense, the first woman appointed to this role. She then served as the CIO for Meridian Health Plan. She is a member of several industry advisory boards. Teri has won numerous awards including Governing Magazine’s Public Official of the Year, CIO Magazine’s CIO Hall of Fame, Government Technology Magazine’s Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers, the Women in Defense Excellence in Leadership Award, and the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service.
