Tim leads Emergency Services, Utilities and Mining for Ericsson across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with Police, Fire, Ambulance, and critical infrastructure agencies to modernize mission critical connectivity. He specializes in secure, resilient wireless and vehicle networking that strengthens frontline operations, enhances connected worker and officer capability, and drives cross agency digital transformation. Tim and the ANZ team focus on delivering practical, real world capability uplift — helping emergency services adopt technology that improves safety, reliability, and underpins emerging AI capabilities across policing, fire and ambulance environments.

Morgan Wright is an internationally recognized expert on cybersecurity strategy, national security, intelligence, and public-safety technology. He is the CEO and Founder of the National Center for Open and Unsolved Cases (NCOUC), the first national nonprofit designed to enable structured collaboration between law enforcement and the public on open and unsolved cases. NCOUC is grant-funded by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Morgan is an analyst for many of the major cable news organizations and has made more than 1,000 appearances on television, radio, and digital media. In 2013, he was one of four experts invited to testify before Congress on the security of Healthcare.gov, and his testimony changed how the federal government protects personally identifiable information.

Morgan was the primary subject matter expert on the Law Enforcement Information Sharing Program (LEISP), which became the foundation for N-DEx, the FBI's National Data Exchange, and on the consolidation of the terror watch lists at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. At Alcatel-Lucent/Bell Labs, his team was the first to demonstrate and deploy a working network that would become FirstNet, the nationwide public safety broadband network.

Previously, Morgan was Chief Security Advisor for SentinelOne, a Senior Advisor in the US State Department Antiterrorism Assistance Program, and the Senior Law Enforcement Advisor for the 2012 Republican National Convention. He taught behavioral analysis at the National Security Agency and spent a year teaching the FBI how to conduct internet investigations. In addition to 18 years in state and local law enforcement as a highly decorated state trooper and detective, Morgan has developed solutions in defense, justice, and intelligence for the world's largest technology companies, including Cisco, SAIC, Unisys, and Alcatel-Lucent/Bell Labs.
