Your next AI project may have a technology problem, but there’s a good chance it has a data problem first.

Across government and education, critical information is scattered across legacy systems, buried in old databases, duplicated in multiple places, or moving through batch jobs and manual exports. Before AI can deliver useful results, IT leaders need to know what data they have, whether they can trust it, whether they can legally use it and how to get it where it needs to go.

Join us for a practical conversation about what AI readiness looks like when budgets, staffing and decades of technical debt enter the picture. We’ll unpack data intelligence, governance and data movement in plain language — including when real-time streaming is worth the added complexity and when it isn’t. You’ll also hear how public sector organizations can start with a high-value slice of their data rather than attempting a massive enterprise-wide cleanup.

Why attend:

  • Assess your AI readiness with four essential data questions.
  • Know when real-time data matters and when batch is enough.
  • Find practical first steps that don’t require new funding.
