Laura guides customers on the people, process, technology, and policy components of managing digital transformation. Her specialty areas of focus include digital identity management, constituent engagement portals, digital equity, workforce upskilling, contact management centers, and technology modernization initiatives.

Matt Mandrgoc serves as the Head of Public Sector for Zoom covering U.S. Federal, U.S. State and Local Governments and U.S/Canada Education. Matt leads the U.S. Public Sector strategy as well as the rapid transformation and adoption of the FedRAMP authorized Zoom for Government offering to U.S. government customers, system integrators and contractors. Matt has held Public Sector and Federal leadership roles at Cisco, Check Point Software Technologies and Extreme Networks. Matt has also been the recipient of leadership awards to include FED100, FedScoop 50, StateScoop 50 and EdScoop 50.

William (Bill) Rials, Ph.D., is a professor and associate director (department chair) of the Tulane University School of Professional Advancement IT and Cybersecurity Program. He focuses on continually delivering and updating the program curriculum based on innovative and emerging technologies. Before transitioning to academia and higher education, he had a diverse gov tech career delivering value to state agencies, local governments, and law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Mississippi.
