Navigator, the nation’s leading SLED market intelligence tool, has partnered with Grants Office, the nation's leading grants intelligence provider, to bring you an extensive database of grants to get ahead of SLED initiatives to bring you game-changing grant intelligence.

The data set will include federal, state, local and corporate grants. Leveraging their 20+ years of experience and familiarity with the grants, Grants Office has gone through and scored all the grants from A-C based on the likelihood of the grant getting used for technology. There is a historical amount of funding available, we have made it easy to navigate, sort and win these funds.

Michael Paddock is the founder and CEO of Grants Office, a global grants intelligence services firm supporting grants development in 15 countries around the world. Mr. Paddock served from 1996-2001 on the US Interagency Electronic Grants Committee, working with policymakers from federal and state grant-making agencies to develop the Federal Electronic Grants Clearinghouse at Grants.gov, and he co-founded the New York State E-grants project in 1999. He was also the grants columnist for Homeland Security Today magazine from 2005-2013. In his role at Grants Office, he leads an exceptional team of consultants and researchers who in turn support a wide range of grantseeking initiatives across the public sector.

Deputy Chief Innovation Officer, Government Technology

Joseph Morris is the Deputy Chief Innovation Officer of Government Technology's parent company e.Republic and a national keynote speaker on issues, trends and drivers impacting state and local government and education. He has authored publications and reports on funding streams, technology investment areas and public-sector priorities, and has led roundtables, projects and initiatives focused on issues within the public sector. Joe has conducted state and local government research with e.Republic since 2007 and knows the ins and outs of government on all levels. He received his Bachelor of Arts in government and international relations from the California State University, Sacramento.
