Kevin Jones is an accomplished, results-oriented Leader with close to 2 decades of experience in the Health & Human Services and GovTech space. Kevin's life ambition is to best serve the most vulnerable population and to help anyone and everyone who desires his assistance. From 2014 to 2021, Kevin served as the Deputy CIO of Indiana’s Family and Social Services Division and CIO of Indiana’s Department of Child Services. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing the IT and Technical processes roadmaps for Child Support system, Child welfare system, etc. to aid over 5000 users, 92 Counties and 1.5 million direct clients. He is the recipient of the Tech Point & IBJ CTO of the year Top Honoree 2020 and the NASCIO Technology Champion 2020.

Michael is the co-founder of No Wait inside, a virtual waiting room cloud application that facilitates scheduling, customer communications and analytics/contact tracing for all citizens/patients/customers that you serve over the course of a day. Michael has over 20+ years of experience as a manager, leader, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur. He has served on the board of numerous organizations and served as full-time faculty of the Northwestern University (NU) McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He was a Clinical Professor and Director of the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (FCEI) where he founded the FCEI to offer curriculum to help all NU students learn how to evolve an idea into a business. Within 18 months of the Center’s creation, McCormick alum and entrepreneur, James Farley and his wife, Nancy, endowed it. He was recognized recently by Crain’s Chicago Business and TechWeek as a leader in the Chicago technology ecosystem. Michael received his BS in Accountancy with high honors from DePaul University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Stuart Venzke leads AWS’ Human Services & Labor team, where he works with clients and partners to bring the power of the AWS Cloud to help solve some of their most intractable challenges. He has 30 years of experience as a public and private sector executive helping human services and labor agencies use technology and improved processes to become more effective, more efficient, and more responsive to the people they serve. He has held senior roles at IBM, where he led the state and local health and human services practice, Montgomery County (MD), where he led implementation of a first-of-a-kind enterprise case management system, First Data (now FiServe), where he developed a reference business architecture for health and human services, and Prince George’s County (MD), where he helped navigate the introduction of welfare reform successfully.

Jennifer Kent has more than fifteen years of extensive health administration and policy experience in California that spans over three gubernatorial administrations and encompasses both private and public delivery systems. As Director, Kent oversaw the second largest public healthcare system in the nation with an annual budget of over $100B and serving approximately 13 million Californians. She oversaw the administration of twenty-four managed care plans as well as 56 county behavioral health plans. Kent has also held leadership roles in the Health & Human Services Agency and Governor’s offices as well as experience in the private sector as a lobbyist, consultant and association executive.
