Students arriving on higher education campuses today have high expectations. They are students armed with multiple devices, instant access to friends, information and can get pretty much anything they want delivered to their door within one to two days. Technology has always been present in their lives – they don’t necessarily care how it works; they just want it to provide what they need, when they need it – Now.
