Watch Now

Cybersecurity is a complex and growing concern for federal, state and local governments. In their mission to serve the public, government agencies store and manage highly sensitive personal information, making them targets for cyber attacks. As more government offices shift their infrastructure to cloud-based tools, procurement teams need clear and efficient processes for vetting cloud service providers’ security standards.

The newly created StateRAMP program, modeled on the FedRAMP program, aims to help local and state government agencies better protect themselves and the public and ease the burden of cloud procurement with security in mind.

Get answers to all your StateRAMP program questions during a live, interactive session hosted by Government Technology on January 25 at 10 am PST/ 1 pm EST. During this discussion, a panel of industry experts will cover:

  • The background and mission of the FedRAMP and StateRAMP programs, and why their standards are so important
  • What StateRAMP means from a legal vendor perspective, what it means for procurement, how GovCloud supports StateRAMP, and what a partnership for security looks like
  • How to integrate StateRAMP into your buying process to minimize risk and make procurement easier for your agency
