Steve Inch is the Global Principal Print Security Strategist & Product Management and Marketing lead at HP. He is focused on defining, developing, and executing HP’s Print Security vision, strategy and device, data, document, identity, solutions, and services portfolio across all print. Steve and his team in PHS also work to define and create consumer and SMB end user solutions innovation strategy and development requirements for print. Steve has spent over 28 years in marketing, communications and product development for leading global technology and manufacturing companies including HP, Ford Motor Co., Sprint, Sun Microsystems, and Micron. He previously held the position of HP cloud solutions platform FPM and was accountable for all aspects of Design Thinking, development and marketing. Prior to this, he was Founder and Managing Director of a leading marcom agency for 15 years serving a wide variety of global, regional, national and local technology, transportation, destination resort, travel, and real estate development clients. Interestingly, Steve is one of the few marketing executives with numerous patents, has been a 30+ years student of martial arts and author of a new manuscript “Corporate Kempo: The Art of Cyber Resiliency” that maps human martial arts philosophies and techniques to the ever-evolving IT cyber threat landscape.

Deborah is an accomplished C-level influencer, with a broad range of experience in government, policy, cybersecurity, privacy and information technology. An experienced and highly respected thought leader who has held executive roles for over two decades. She recently retired from her position as New York state’s chief information security officer (CISO) after over 35 years of public service. In that role, as part of New York state’s information technology transformation and consolidation initiative, she helped redesign how the state protects its data. As state CISO, she directed the state’s comprehensive cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance program, providing strategic leadership and vision, and assuring business-aligned, risk-based investments that maximized business opportunity and minimized cybersecurity risk. She also directed the NYS Cyber Command Center, hotline, procedures for reporting and response to cyberthreats, and digital forensics. She holds multiple industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC); SANS Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT) Global Information Assurance Certification; and Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
