Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government.

Brett also has deep focus on driving impact in the local community supporting non-profits and NGOs through his work with Box.Org in areas such as youth education, child welfare and homelessness.

Vikram Jadhav is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System (LACERS). In this role, Mr. Jadhav spearheads the strategic planning and modernization of information technology, information security, and data management and leads the development and implementation of technology and GenAI applications to support LACERS' member base of over 100,000. Notably, he oversaw the creation and launch of the Retirement Application Portal (RAP) alongside Box Consulting, a pioneering project in the public pension industry. In addition to his responsibilities leading digital strategy and AI adoption, Vikram leads numerous talent development initiatives at LACERS, focusing on upskilling staff, facilitating knowledge transfer, and enhancing employee onboarding processes.

Mohammed Al Rawi serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office (LACPD). Under his leadership, the LACPD has experienced a significant digital transformation, streamlining its operations and improving legal service delivery to Los Angeles County residents. Since his arrival at the LACPD in 2019, Al Rawi has led the development and implementation of the Client Case Management System (CCMS), marking the most extensive digital overhaul in the 110-year history of the nation's largest Public Defender office. CCMS, by integrating 23 legacy systems and digitizing over 160 million criminal case records, has catapulted the LACPD into a new era, enhancing services for more than 100,000 residents each year.
