When demand for unemployment services surged during the pandemic, many states found their legacy systems pushed to the breaking point. In Nevada, the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) faced the same pressures — along with aging infrastructure that limited flexibility, scalability and resilience.

In this webinar, hear how Nevada DETR transformed its approach by moving critical systems to the cloud — shifting from a reactive, constrained environment to one that can support new use cases and adapt to whatever comes next.

Join us to learn how modernization is helping Nevada DETR:

  • Scale to meet unpredictable surges in demand
  • Reduce operational risk and technical debt
  • Reallocate staff time toward higher-value work
  • Explore emerging technologies like AI to improve efficiency

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how your agency can modernize to prepare for whatever challenges lie ahead.
