As Chief Innovation Officer, Haisler has a strategic role to help shape the company’s products, services and future direction. Primarily, he leads e.Republic Labs, a market connector created as an ecosystem to educate, accelerate and ultimately scale technology innovation within the public sector.

Celeste O’Dea is the director of strategy and business development for Oracle Public Sector Technology. In this role, she is responsible for defining the identification and execution of comprehensive strategies related to growth across Oracle’s four public sector segments: federal, state and local government, higher education, and Canada. Celeste has more than 20 years of experience in driving technology solutions for the Public Sector industry from concept to market, with leadership roles spanning across Sales Strategy, Service Delivery, and Operations. Celeste holds a B.A. in mathematics and secondary education from Syracuse University and an MBA in management from the University of Phoenix. Her certifications include project management professional (PMP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations.

William Sanders is the director of technology strategy and business development for Oracle Government and Education. Sanders previously served as the CIO for the Kansas Department of Labor, where he led a successful initiative to streamline the state’s unemployment claims process. Today, Sanders employs his government expertise to help IT professionals in federal, state and local government modernize legacy systems through cloud strategies and services.
