Kelley Smith has a 45-year career in government with a wealth of expertise in web design, e-learning, aircrew flight operations training, and education. After completing a distinguished 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force he transitioned into the Information Technology field where he became the lead web professional at the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services - serving as a contracting officer’s representative, a program project manager, certified scrum master, and dev sec ops team lead.

Peter Boulton

Director, Enterprise Sales for Government, Pagefreezer

Peter Boulton is a Solution Advisor with Pagefreezer. His expertise is in the area of electronic recordkeeping, where he helps organizations manage data such as website content, social media channels, mobile text messages, and enterprise collaboration platforms for compliance and litigation purposes. Peter works primarily with government agencies to help automate and modernize their open records request responses.

Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government.
