Juggling public records requests, managing digital records, and ensuring compliance with open records laws can be overwhelming, especially with limited resources. Try as you might, requests can pile up, especially when you’re going back-and-forth between public-facing teams and IT trying to locate and produce specific records.

Join Government Technology and Pagefreezer for an on-demand webinar where our experts, including Kelley Smith, a former leader with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), will show you how government agencies of all sizes can simplify records management and compliance, and improve transparency with automated records management.

During the webinar, you’ll get a first-hand account of how the department implemented automation in their records management processes, including how they reclaimed 800 hours annually on manual archiving and reduced open records requests by 30% with a self-service portal. Bring your questions and get answers from leading experts in government technology and records management.

In this session, you'll learn how to:

  • Take the stress out of digital records management so you can focus on essential services
  • Reclaim valuable time and staff resources by automating digital records management
  • Streamline your records request processes and improve responsiveness
  • Simplify compliance with recordkeeping regulations without specialized expertise or complex systems
