Benefits fraud has skyrocketed since the onset of the pandemic, costing government organizations and taxpayers millions in losses. Aging systems that host these benefits are highly vulnerable to these fraudulent attacks. Modern identity and access management (IAM) solutions based in the cloud can help identify and prioritize improper payments before funds are distributed, thus preventing fraud and enabling aid to reach those truly in need. But today, resource-strapped state agencies are at a crossroads as they take on the modernization of decades-old benefits systems while striving to securely serve their constituents.

On October 22 at 10am PT/1pm ET, ForgeRock and Google Cloud are joining Government Technology to discuss how state governments can take advantage of federal stimulus dollars to modernize and secure their benefits systems by using the cloud and advanced IAM capabilities.
