To keep up with the growing demand for seamless digital services, state and local governments have turned to modern tools like cloud technology and artificial intelligence. With so many options available for modernization, how can agencies know which tools can best address their challenges?

Journey analytics is a process that leverages data to map the constituent journey and pinpoint friction that hinders positive experiences. Utilizing data makes it easier for agencies to determine exactly which interactions are driving or preventing successful outcomes and prioritize changes that improve satisfaction.

Join Government Technology on November 8 for a discussion on how agencies can use journey analytics to make better-informed decisions on system enhancements and innovation. During this live web event, experts will explore:

  • The importance of understanding constituent behaviors and how to shape user experiences
  • How improving constituent experiences can empower every team across your organization
  • How journey analytics can improve operational efficiency
