Positive employee experiences are critical for attracting and keeping top talent.

To stay competitive with the private sector as an employer of choice, public sector agencies need workforce management tools that make time tracking and scheduling simple and seamless. How an organization handles time tracking and scheduling can either create pain points for staff that contribute to negative work experiences, or it can empower employees with the visibility and controls they want and need.

Join Government Technology on March 6, 2023, at 11 a.m. Pacific/2 p.m. Eastern to learn how public sector agencies can adopt modern, mobile-based workforce management solutions that better support staff. During this session, we'll cover:

  • Strategies to improve workforce management and how to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Methods for gaining uniformity and compliance for time management practices
  • The advantages of a mobile-enabled workforce management system as opposed to an on-premises only system

You'll also hear from the CTO of the Special School District of St. Louis on the district's experience utilizing smart workforce management tools.

Chief Technology Officer, Special School District of St. Louis County

One of the major challenges facing organizations today is how to implement technology that supports the organization as a whole, Doug has seen this first hand having been with Special School District for over 18 years. Due to the complexity of the needs of the staff and the mission of the organization, no single product fits the bill. IT staff must be flexible and proficient enough to manage solutions across heterogeneous software platforms. With over 10 years experience in the IT field, I have acquired the skill sets to implement technology solutions for any organization from the small business to the large enterprise.
