During his 17+ years of consulting, Matt has collaborated with leaders in the public sector across federal, state, and local governments, and multilateral agencies to develop strategy, and drive complex business and technology modernization efforts to enhance mission performance and better meets the needs of citizens.

 

Anders Corey

Chief Executive Officer, Altadena Recovery and Rebuild Corporation

Anders Corey serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Altadena Recovery and Rebuild Corporation (ARRC). Prior to this, Anders served as an advisor to Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger focusing on housing, land-use, economic development, legislation and development. Also in his career, he oversaw the County healthcare portfolio, covering the County hospital system, primary care services, public health and mental health services. In this capacity, Anders led the County’s COVID-19 emergency response, as well as overseeing major County capital projects including housing development and the expansion of the County’s public healthcare system. He has served as a commissioner on the Los Angeles County Mental Health Commission and on the Board of the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA). Anders graduated from Biola University with a degree in Humanities before he went on to receive his Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Jonathan Hatmaker is a 20-year veteran of software and cloud services leadership. He leads the global relationship with Infor as they focus on the needs of the public sector at Amazon Web Services. Jonathan is a frequent presenter and public speaker at large and small industry events and is focused on growing awareness for cost-effective and risk-reducing solutions for customers across industries. He’s led large and small cross-functional teams focused on results with a keen eye for developing talent.

Paul has devoted his career to helping local governments be on the forefront of using technology to increase value delivered to the public. He has over 30 years in various Information technology roles in both the public and private sectors including 20 years leading Information Technology departments. He now helps local governments get the most value from their significant investment in people, process, and technology. Some of Paul’s accomplishments include leading two different IT organizations that earned Top-10 Digital Counties Survey awards for a combined 11 times. He has also earned an InformationWeek 500 Government Innovators award. Paul holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Information Systems degrees as well as undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Psychology.
