Jaime Reyes is the Lead Network Specialist for HCISD; his role encompassess leading the district's technology department with a demonstrated history of working in public k12 education industry. He is passionate and experienced in the areas of Educational Technology, Network Design, Implementation and Management, Cybersecurity, and Web Development. Jaime, alongside the Technology Center team, provides visionary insight and integrates newly developed innovations into the district’s long range plan. He is a lifelong resident of Harlingen, Texas and has had the opportunity to impact students in HCISD for 20 years.

Simon Tompson

Simon Tompson

Head of Audience Marketing, Cisco Meraki

Simon is the Head of Audience Marketing at Cisco Meraki, and has a long history extolling the virtues of IT simplification using Meraki products and features. He’s also host of the Meraki Unboxed podcast. His experience in networks dates back to the late 1990s when he developed and honed his skills as a network engineer and architect, before moving into presales, and then technical marketing. Outside of work, Simon loves riding his motorcycles, driving his homebuilt car, and exploring the great outdoors that California offers in abundance. He can be found on Twitter at @merakisimon.

Tom Ryan is co-founder and chief executive officer of the eLearn Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming education through the effective use of digital learning tools. He is an education professional with 36+ years of experience and expertise in teaching, leadership, technology, technology integration and blended/online learning program development. Tom is president elect on the Consortium of School Networking (CoSN) Board and is involved in iNACOL, ISTE, and the Council of the Great City Schools (CGCS).
