As state and local governments adapt to the new federal administration policies and priorities, leaders must continue to modernize operations, boost efficiency, and manage risk—all while aligning with new budget priorities and accountability standards. Navigating the Transition, a webinar series from Government Technology, helps decision-makers decode policy shifts, explore emerging technologies, and gain expert insights on what’s next.

HHS priorities are shifting, and governments are locking in budgets— often without a clear view of what’s ahead. For HHS leaders, this moment calls for flexibility, stability, and sharp planning. The good news? There are proven, practical ways to keep systems responsive and ready for whatever comes next.

Join Government Technology and Conduent for a live discussion on how HHS leaders can meet today's demands—while building capacity for tomorrow.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Where HHS policy is headed—and how to prepare your systems: Get up-to-date insight on how policy and budgetary shifts may impact funding, mandates, and service delivery—and what HHS teams should prioritize now to stay ahead.
  • How to modernize incrementally (and effectively): Learn why agencies are moving away from large-scale rebuilds in favor of modular upgrades, cloud-based tools, and smarter vendor partnerships that reduce cost and risk.
  • What to do about fraud—before it disrupts services: Explore how agencies are preventing and detecting benefit fraud across programs, using AI to flag patterns, distinguish errors from bad actors, and protect integrity at every step.
