Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) over Enterprise Applications, Ja’Tia brings extensive expertise in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Join us as Ja’Tia shares insights and best practices in enterprise application management, drawing from her experience overseeing the City’s migration to Infor Software multi-tenant on January 1, 2023.

Jesse Dalton, a Solutions Architect with seven years of experience supporting AWS partners that provide solutions to public sector organizations. Jesse has worked with a variety of public sector customers, from Local Government, to Higher Education, to DoD and he understands their challenges well. For the last five years, he’s specifically been focused on ISV partners offering ERP solutions to state and federal government. Prior to his time at AWS, Jesse worked in the public sector, both in healthcare and at a university research lab.

Meet Prentice Mannetter, a Customer Success Executive with almost two decades providing solutions to public sector organizations. Prentice has focused on city, county and state customers as well as businesses ranging from small cap to Fortune 500 companies. Prentice received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas providing a strong foundation to understand customer needs and develop plans to exceed their business goals. Prentice is one of Infor’s leaders who is viewed by his customers as their valuable, trusted advisor.

Russ Nichols’ public service spanned over 32 years and included management and executive positions with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, the California State Controller’s Office, and the Employment Development Department. In 2015, Nichols was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown as the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Chief Information Officer and Director of Enterprise Information Services. While serving at the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Nichols also served as a board member for the Corrections Technology Association and served as CTA President from 2019 to 2021. In February 2021, Governor Gavin Newsom appointed Nichols Deputy State CIO and Chief Deputy Director at California Department of Technology. Prior to retirement, Nichols also served as Acting State CIO and CDT Director for several months. During his career, Russ won numerous awards including the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s 2014 Administrator of the Year, Government Technology’s 2018 CIO of the year, and Government Technology’s 2023 California Public Sector Hall of Fame Award.
