Every government wants modern systems, but no one has an unlimited budget. So how do you make meaningful progress without overusing resources or stalling out? The key lies in aligning modernization initiatives with total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI), and knowing what to prioritize, when, and how.

Join us for a practical conversation on how state and local IT leaders can make smarter decisions about modernization, infrastructure and procurement. From legacy system cleanup to cloud strategies like infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), you’ll walk away with concrete ideas for keeping costs in check while actually moving forward.

You’ll learn:

  • How to calculate and communicate TCO and ROI to internal stakeholders
  • Why IaaS is helping agencies move from unpredictable CapEx to more manageable OpEx
  • Tips for getting leadership buy-in, avoiding budget surprises, and modernizing without adding risk or complexity
