Craig Coale is Senior Public Safety and Cyber Security Advisor in Cisco Systems State and Local Government Organization. He has seen great success in creating measurable customer value, enhancing mission space effectiveness, and generating positive public safety and service outcomes as both a technical and operational advisor utilizing experience from a combined 21 years in military service and 23 years in the technology industry. While at Cisco, Craig has led the development of innovative solutions for the world’s largest enterprises and now advises US Defense and Federal/State/Municipal agencies on the application of technology as a force multiplier for public safety and cyber security initiatives. Craig leads the National Safer Schools initiative, has provided testimony for multiple congressional subcommittees and advised various DHS entities on Public and School Safety Practices. He is active in the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities to enhance Public Safety, Defense, Security and Enterprise operations. Additionally, Craig leads the global emergency communications enhancement initiative enabling AI/ML, video, sensor and digital capabilities within emergency services for cities, states and nations. Craig has been instrumental in the develop of multiple State ISAO security information sharing organizations and chairs/host Cisco’s Public Sector CISO Advisory Council.

Norman has spent his last 32 years in the Intelligence Community (IC) federal space working all things Computer / Network Security and Computer / Network Forensics. He has held positions as an information systems security manager at the Pentagon, as a senior computer forensics examiner at the FBI, network intrusion analyst at the NSA, and as chief insider threat architect for the National Insider Threat Task Force with the Director of National Intelligence. The last six years Norman has been with Cisco Sales covering IC customers as a Cybersecurity Specialist and is now the US Federal Security Marketing Manager.

Deborah is accomplished C-level influencer, with a broad range of experience in government, policy, cyber security, privacy and information technology. An experienced and highly-respected thought-leader who has held executive roles for over two decades. She recently retired from her position as New York State’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), after over 35 years of public service. In that role, as part of New York State's information technology transformation and consolidation initiative, she helped redesign how the state protects its data. As State CISO, she directed the State’s comprehensive cyber security governance, risk management and compliance program, providing strategic leadership and vision, and assuring business-aligned, risk-based investments that maximized business opportunity and minimized cyber security risk.
