Lisa Faison has worked in the information technology business for over 15 years as a business analyst and project manager focusing on process improvements. She is currently the Deputy CIO with the City of Goodyear and previously worked in the City of Phoenix and the State of Arizona. She has 20 years of experience working in the government, public sector. Lisa has excelled at working with less by working smarter, not harder. She has implemented streamlined business processes that capitalize on automated solutions and allowed staff to refocus on business processes that cannot be automated. Her solutions increase data integrity and allow big data analysis for timely business decisions and trending of success. Throughout Lisa’s career, she has implemented Business Intelligence reporting to aid with process improvement, compliance and served as the liaison for federal audits. Lisa has created and lead teams to success with optimizing the workloads by using ITSM tools and applying ITIL standards.

Curt most recently served as the Technology Services and Security Cabinet Secretary and Chief Information Officer for Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, leading the Commonwealth’s digital and cyber security transformation. Prior to his Cabinet appointment in 2018, Mr. Wood served 8 years as the Public Safety Undersecretary for Forensic Science and CIO overseeing major public safety and justice operational and technology modernization efforts. He began his government career in 1975 and has served in multiple roles.
