The pace of COVID-19 vaccinations is ramping up. Approval of a third coronavirus vaccine along with President Biden’s commitment to make every adult in the U.S. eligible for vaccination by May 1 are poised to greatly expand efforts to stop the pandemic. State and local agencies must be ready to get more vaccines to more people – and they’ll need to do it rapidly and equitably.
On April 22 at 11am PT/2pm ET, the Center for Digital Government will host a webcast with Google Cloud to explore critical capabilities for effectively managing the broader vaccine rollout – likely to be the largest public health campaign of a generation. This important conversation will cover forecasting tools for COVID-19 cases, information portals to communicate with the public, and schedule management tools to determine eligibility and book vaccination appointments.
