Mike Bass serves as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Wake County Government with over 25 years of experience in the industry. In his role, he oversees technical infrastructure, enterprise messaging, and customer support, among other responsibilities. Recognizing the increasing demand for hybrid meetings, Mike established Wake County Government's first Audio Visual team focused on the equitable distribution of conferencing technology to support hybrid meeting capabilities across the County's 20+ departments. Since its inception, the team has outfitted 42 conference rooms with hybrid meeting capabilities. Mike has an ambitious vision to continue to expand its communication and collaboration capabilities across Wake County in support its growing hybrid workforce. Through his leadership, the County is poised to embrace the future of government by seamlessly integrating virtual and in-person participation to facilitate efficient decision-making and effective team collaboration. His commitment to innovation and inclusive technology deployment reflects his dedication to advancing the County's operational excellence and service delivery.

Anne is a people-first leader and executive with over 30 years of experience in the consumer tech industry. She lived and worked across Europe and North America and today leads the global IT organization (350 ppl across 10+ countries) of Logitech Chief Information Officer (CIO). Before entering IT, Anne held leadership positions in Supply Chain. Her focus on partnering with the business and understanding company priorities is reflected in how she runs her organization as well as in her vision of the future of IT: An organization with an in-depth understanding of business realities and goals that creates value through an appropriate balance between business focused services and IT enablement & technology services. Anne is one of only 19%* of women holding a CIO position in a Fortune 500 company/ 27% of FTSE 100 companies. Being a mother of three boys and an executive, she is an example for many others. A responsibility she takes at heart as she actively drives gender equality within her organization - within her IT leadership team 44% are women - at Logitech.
