Obe Everett, a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience, has been at the forefront of Louisville Water Company's (LWC) project portfolio, driving the successful migration of its IT enterprise assets to the cloud. His expertise spans various sectors, including credit/banking software development, wholesale product distribution, hospitality, healthcare, and utility projects, making him a versatile and dependable figure in the industry.

Industry Executive Director, Oracle

Michael Hussey joined Oracle as industry executive director for state and local strategy in November 2021, after serving 25 years in Utah state government roles. He began his career with the University of Utah, first on the help desk and then as network manager. Following this, he held a series of IT management and executive roles in the governor’s office. Prior to moving to Oracle, Hussey served over 5 years as Utah’s state CIO and executive director of the Department of Technology Services. He holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, and has also studied at the University of Utah.

Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government.
