Loyd Kinsworthy is a retired Police Captain from the San Jose Police Department. During his law enforcement career of over 27 years, Loyd worked a variety of assignments in the Bureau of Field Operations, Special Operations and Investigations, before retiring and joining V5 Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University – Global Campus in Applied Social Sciences. Loyd continues to assist law enforcement and other security-focused industries with his work at V5 Systems.

Roland DuCote

Global Technical Marketing Director, Arrow Electronics IoT Global Solutions Group

From the Arrow Electronics IoT Global Solutions Group, Roland brings over a decade of diverse solution and technical marketing experience. He began his career with Arrow in 2000 and has served in a variety of sales, marketing, and operational roles. Based in Denver, Roland is responsible for onboarding a wide range of IoT solutions supporting applications in Smart Cities, Retail, and Industrial markets. The Arrow Electronics IoT Global Solutions Group, represents Arrow’s comprehensive portfolio of technology and services for sensors, wireless connectivity, gateways, and cloud platforms. Roland holds a B.A. from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, along with a M.B.A. and M.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Morgan Wright

Senior Fellow, Center for Digital Government

Morgan is an internationally recognized expert on cybersecurity strategy, cyberterrorism, identity theft and privacy. Morgan's landmark testimony before Congress on Healthcare.gov changed how the government collected personally identifiable information. He currently is an advisor to the US Congress House Science, Space and Technology Committee. He’s made hundreds of appearances on national news, radio, print and web, and has spoken to audiences around the world. Previously Morgan was a Senior Advisor in the US State Department Antiterrorism Assistance Program and Senior Law Enforcement Advisor for the 2012 Republican National Convention. In addition to 18 years in state and local law enforcement as a highly decorated state trooper and detective, Morgan has developed solutions in defense, justice and intelligence for the largest technology companies in the world including Cisco, Unisys and SAIC. He’s a contributing author for the 4th Edition Computer Security Handbook, and has been quoted in 2 New York Times best sellers (Sharyl Attkisson: Stonewalled and Carmine Gallow: Talk Like TED).
