Jennifer Kent has more than fifteen years of extensive health administration and policy experience in California that spans over three gubernatorial administrations and encompasses both private and public delivery systems. As Director, Kent oversaw the second largest public healthcare system in the nation with an annual budget of over $100B and serving approximately 13 million Californians. She oversaw the administration of twenty-four managed care plans as well as 56 county behavioral health plans. Kent has also held leadership roles in the Health & Human Services Agency and Governor’s offices as well as experience in the private sector as a lobbyist, consultant and association executive.

Eva is noted for the caliber and creativity of her work as a technical workshop presenter and facilitator in professional, corporate and government settings.

In his current role, Bob analyzes, defines and manages the execution of comprehensive, integrated HHS market and sales strategies for Oracle's public sector vertical. His domain expertise includes major HHS programs such as Medicaid, Child Welfare, Child Support Enforcement, Integrated Eligibility and Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Prevention. Before joining Oracle, Bob spent over 20 years in a variety of senior leadership roles in Massachusetts state government, including serving as COO and CIO or the Health Connector pursuant to the Massachusetts Health Insurance Reform Law. Other senior roles in Massachusetts government have included Director of Mass.gov, Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Revenue and Associate Deputy Commissioner for Child Support Enforcement.
