Jeff Scheetz

Chief Information Officer, City of Avondale

Jeff Scheetz serves as the CIO for the City of Avondale, Arizona, where he leads diverse technology systems consisting of general government, public safety, utilities, and family services. Jeff holds a degree in Computer Science, an MBA, and in 2020 became a Certified Government CIO from Rutgers University and Public Technology Institute. Jeff has been leading local government in Arizona and Colorado for 14 years, including over a decade in the private sector leading large-scale software development. In addition, he has worked collaboratively on numerous boards and committees in a variety of settings.

 

Dusty Borchardt

Business Systems Manager, City of Oklahoma City

I have worked for the City of Oklahoma City since September of 200started my career with the City in the Utilities Department, where I managed the GIS data for the water and wastewater infrastructure. In 2005, I took a job as the program manager for the Departmental Systems Program, in the City’s Information Technology Department. This program supported various systems such as asset management, permitting and licensing, agenda management, and fleet and fuel management, for other City departments. In June of 2019, I became the Business Systems Manager for the Application Support & Development division. This division includes the Departmental Systems, Enterprise Systems, GIS, Customer Support, and Development programs within IT. We support a wide variety of off-the-shelf and custom business applications and interfaces as well as provide end-user device support for the City’s approximately 5,000 employees. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, playing music, and dabbling in photography.

 

Andrew Graf

Chief Product Officer, TeamDynamix

Andrew is the Chief Product Officer for TeamDynamix. His passion lies in helping organizations thrive in an ever-changing environment. As a co-founder of TeamDynamix, Andrew is well versed in the common issues facing IT leaders in Education, Government, and Healthcare – as tech spend rises and needs for increased IT Maturity rise, he is able to help map out a way forward. Andrew believes that success comes when customers, team members, and the company are all aligned. In his role, he uses his insights to focus on customer lifecycle strategy; building a strategic product vision that will ensure customer success in both the short and long term. Andrew heads up the TDX Advisory Boards, CIO Council, and Focus Group Program. He also works closely with partners for strengthened integration and cooperative vision.

 

Kaliegh Belda

Manager, Pre-Sales, TeamDynamix

Kaliegh Belda leads Solution Engineering team at TeamDynamix and works with customers across both the private and public sector to help ideate best practice uses for ITSM. Having spent 8 years with Western Kentucky University running their knowledge management strategy and managing within their Service Desk operations, she can offer real world best practices and key insights for IT leaders.

 

Otto Doll — Moderator

Senior Fellow, Center for Digital Government

As the Minneapolis CIO for seven-plus years, Mr. Doll was responsible for all city IT services. He also served as South Dakota's CIO for 15 years with responsibility for all state government computing, telecommunications, radio, and public broadcasting.
