Kevin is part of the Iron Bow Global Security Practice serving as the Senior Director of Solution Engineering. Kevin’s primary responsibility is to help Federal Agencies & Fortune 500 clients modernize and mature their cybersecurity program. Kevin Finch joined Iron Bow Technologies in May of 2022. He brings more than 20 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity and Enterprise Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management & Information Systems. His primary focus is on security engineering, security architecture, and security consulting. Before joining Iron Bow Technologies, Kevin held various security engineering positions. He has served as an Executive Advisor, Security Strategist, Director, Architect, and Engineer in the cybersecurity space. Kevin’s core focus is security architecture (SASE, Zero Trust, & SSE) and security consulting. Kevin currently holds a CISSP with a list of vendor certifications spanning Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler &, Netskope He has experience and working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO (27002, 27001) NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800 Series, CMMC & PCI-DSS.

Nelson P. Moe is a high energy, results-driven executive with proven track record of success and superior leadership in enterprise IT. Nelson recently served as the chief information officer (CIO) of the Commonwealth and led the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA). He was appointed by Gov. Terry McAuliffe effective June 8, 2015 and reappointed by Gov. Ralph Northam on March 28, 2018. As CIO, he led a 220-person organization responsible for oversight on the IT infrastructure services as well as governance of the Commonwealth’s IT procurements, cyber security and enterprise architecture. Nelson is now the Sales Strategy Principal for SLED at Iron Bow.

Dr. Knight taught at the university level for more than 25 years, with most of those years spent teaching in the Management Information Systems (MIS) area. His experience goes back to the era of developing applications on mainframe computers, so he has witnessed multiple evolutions of computer architecture. More recently, he serves as a Solutions Engineer for Okta, Inc. His focus today is on helping organizations implement the Zero Trust (ZT) framework to achieve their cybersecurity goals. A native of Georgia and raised in Alabama, Dr. Knight received both his undergraduate degree and his MBA from the University of Alabama. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

Deborah is an accomplished C-level executive, influencer and educator who has dedicated her career to improving state and local government services for the citizens of New York state through policy and technology innovation. She has a broad range of experience in government, policy, cybersecurity, privacy and information technology. She recently retired from the position of New York state’s chief information security officer, where she led the state’s cybersecurity programs and directed the NYS Cyber Command Center. She works with organizations and universities to strengthen cybersecurity defenses and preparedness, and to create and inspire the next generation of cyber leaders.
