Brenda Decker most recently spent five years with IBM as a Director for Global Government Industry services. Prior to IBM, Brenda served in Nebraska state government for 37 years, 10+ years as the state's chief information officer with responsibility for state government computing, telecommunications, public safety radio, and video conferencing. Her expertise leading, transforming and managing large IT organizations has created high-performing teams and partnered cross functional public and private organizations. Her work has garnered both local and national recognition for her contributions to government technology.

Brian Spencer

Executive Director, Campus Development & Real Estate, UNMC | Nebraska Medicine

Brian leads a team of Development, Real Estate, Sustainability, and Environmental Compliance professionals aimed at supporting the three part mission of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and it’s clinical partner Nebraska Medicine. Those missions focus on Education, Research and Clinical Care. His team is responsible for nearly ten million square feet across hundreds of buildings and sites around greater Nebraska. Brian is a licensed Architect, has a passion for campus and regional planning and has been with the institution for seven years after over a decade in private practice.

Head of JLLT Customer Success | Strategic Accounts, JLL Technologies

Ms. Price brings 15+ years of experience creating client relationships and helping clients find the right solutions for their IWMS and corporate real estate technology needs. Kimberly provides clients with consulting support and best practices for IWMS Technologies, specifically Archibus and Serraview. She supports clients in Higher Education, Healthcare and Fortune 500 Companies and has extensive experience with Federal Government and State and Local Government customers.
