Jonathan Hatmaker is a 20-year veteran of software and cloud services leadership. He leads the global relationship with Infor as they focus on the needs of the public sector at Amazon Web Services. Jonathan is a frequent presenter and public speaker at large and small industry events and is focused on growing awareness for cost-effective and risk-reducing solutions for customers across industries. He’s led large and small cross-functional teams focused on results with a keen eye for developing talent.

Bob is currently Industry Director for Infor’s Public Sector and Utility industries. His duties include strategic industry planning, partner management, and global business development. He has been in the government and utility software business for over 20 years and has held several executive roles including managing all sales and delivery related operations for various government software products. He has over 25 years of experience in government operations such as utility management, regulatory compliance, infrastructure management, citizen relations. Bob is currently a member of the CLEAR, AWWA, APWA, IAM organizations, and has been a guest lecturer for the University of Wisconsin’s Department of Engineering Professional Development Program and Colorado State University Food Science.

Todd brings over two decades of public sector CIO experience across state and local government and public utilities. During his career he has been instrumental in shaping national conversations and initiatives focused on successfully leveraging technology to enhance public service. His deep understanding of the intricacies of public sector IT makes him an experienced voice in advancing the digital government landscape through innovative government and industry partnerships. Todd previously served as the Vice President of the Center for Digital Government and Governing Institute. In this role, he provided organizational leadership and strategic and research direction, leveraging his extensive experience with both industry and government. Sander has also held various C-level roles in the public sector. His past experience includes serving as: CIO of the Lower Colorado River Authority in Texas CIO/Assistant City Manager for the City of Tucson, Arizona Deputy CIO for the State of Washington He has worked extensively with federal, state and local governments and public utilities for over 20 years, focusing on improving public service through the effective acquisition, implementation and use of information technology. He is graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management.
