Watch Now

Government social service agencies deliver support to some of the most vulnerable communities there are – from children to the unhoused. However, without effective management of these programs, their potential benefits are greatly diminished.

To boost the effectiveness of your social service agency, your team must explore, analyze and engage with important data. When the California Department of Social Services leveraged a data analytics platform that enabled them to interact with their data in a more sophisticated way, the team not only was able to make data-driven decisions and address top-of-mind issues, but they also experienced easier staff training and an expedited transition to system use by both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy users.

Join leadership from the department and its technology partners at Bonterra for a live webinar on December 14, 2023, at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET to explore what the department has learned from the technology procurement process and steps agencies can take to begin using data to address agency and community needs.

You’ll Learn:

  • How the California Department of Social Services uses data analytics to ensure compliant use of funding and measure spending impact
  • The capabilities of the data analytics system used by the CA social services department via a demo of the software
  • Practical next steps for agencies looking to leverage data analytics to help meet their missions
