Colin Wardlaw

Vice President, Celonis

Colin Wardlaw is a Vice President at Celonis, leading the Government, Education, Airspace, and Defense practices. He is passionate about public service and has worked directly and indirectly for the government. Colin started his career in the US Senate’s Finance Committee, worked as a West Wing press intern at the White House, and was promoted to a Legislative Aide and Correspondent for the US Congress who was a ranking member of the Ways and Means Committee. After leaving his public-sector post, he started the government team at Macromedia, eventually acquired by Adobe. Had a career stop at Oracle and transitioned back to Adobe to continue his mission of transforming government to better serve its residents, visitors, and businesses. He recently received executive certificates at Harvard and UC Berkeley focusing on digital government transformations and has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Portland.

Vice President of Global Public Sector Solution Engineering, Celonis

Chris Radich is Vice President of Solution Engineering, Public Sector at Celonis. In this role, he leads a team of experts on a crusade to remove decades of friction with process mining solutions. Chris has 17+ years experience leading transformation across the public sector. Early in his career, he managed one of the largest application innovation programs at IBM, seeing firsthand the difficulties of lifting legacy processes onto modern technologies. At Gartner, he became a global thought leader, and enabled early adopters to unleash the benefits of cloud technologies. Prior to joining Celonis, he was Vice President of Digital Transformation at Salesforce, building strategies for citizen and employee centric transformations during the pandemic. Chris is passionate about driving positive change in the world through technology. He believes in leveraging his strengths of being futuristic and strategic, while never losing sight of the power of simplicity. Chris earned his Bachelor’s in Supply Chain & Information Systems from the Pennsylvania State University and Master’s in Technology Management from Georgetown University.

Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government. From June 2008 to September 2013, served as the state of Oregon’s Deputy State Chief Information Officer.

William (Bill) Rials, Ph.D., is a professor and associate director (department chair) of the Tulane University School of Professional Advancement IT and Cybersecurity Program. He focuses on continually delivering and updating the program curriculum based on innovative and emerging technologies. Before transitioning to academia and higher education, he had a diverse gov tech career delivering value to state agencies, local governments, and law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Mississippi.
