Digital experience is now a fundamental element of how governments connect with their constituents and engage their workforces. With the ongoing shift toward contactless service delivery and remote work, it is critical for public agencies to be able to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital interactions that meet residents, business owners and employees where they are — online.

On Nov. 2, Government Technology will host a 30-minute interactive conversation with speakers from the Center for Digital Government and Accela on how user expectations around experience are evolving – and why understanding and responding to these trends are crucial to your organization’s future success. Join us to hear:

-- Expert advice on improving digital experiences for the public and employees – and the steps you can take to get started immediately.

-- Analysis of best practices and innovations from Center for Digital Government’s 2021 Government Experience Awards and how they can be easily replicated across state and local government.

-- Early results from a new national survey on government digital experience.

-- Strategies for leveraging platform technologies and incremental deployments to rapidly modernize your building, permitting and service management functions.
