Join the Center for Digital Government for the 2025 GovX Summit!

The GovX Virtual Summit brings together the leaders shaping how government is experienced. As public expectations evolve, so must the design, delivery, and measurement of government services. This summit is where front-line innovators, IT leaders and mission owners come together to explore what’s working, what’s next, and how to build smarter, more responsive service models.

From AI-driven personalization to frictionless service design, the GovX Summit dives into the ideas, tools and teams transforming how people interact with government every day.

Here’s what you’ll take away from GovX 2025:

  • Examples of what today’s best government experiences look like — from digital permitting to community engagement platforms, see what’s setting the bar across cities, counties, and states.
  • A deeper understanding of how AI is reshaping public expectations — and what it means for designing smarter, faster, more intuitive services.
  • A behind-the-scenes look at award-winning projects— real-world walkthroughs of what’s working, how it was built, and why it matters for residents.
