The Center for Digital Government’s (CDG) Government Experience Awards gives IT organizations a chance to highlight their work to radically improve the experience of government and push the boundaries of how services are delivered. The 2020 Government Experience Awards submission form has been updated to make it easier for jurisdictions to submit an entry. In addition, our survey platform has been upgraded to be more user-friendly.

On this webcast, CDG Co-Directors Teri Takai and Phil Bertolini, along with e.Republic’s Chief Innovation Officer Dustin Haisler, will walk you through this year’s contest and submission form – the overall structure, what’s new and tips for how to be successful. It will also cover:

  • The objectives and intent of the contest
  • How to navigate the new survey platform
  • Next steps and timing for contest submission
  • Any questions the audience has and how to use the FAQs

We encourage you to invite anyone in your organization who will be involved in entering a submission to attend this live event. We look forward to your participation in a successful 2020 Government Experience Awards!
