State and local governments are feeling the pressure to deliver superior online services for their constituents. To meet these digital service demands, agencies are launching numerous applications and portals. However, many of these organizations struggle to fill open IT positions, which slows down modernization efforts and overloads existing IT teams. IT Service Management (ITSM) can alleviate these workforce gaps. A cloud-based ITSM strategy gives resource-constrained organizations an efficient, holistic way to solve their tech challenges.
