Prior to IBM, Brenda served in Nebraska state government for 37 years, 10+ years as the state's chief information officer with responsibility for state government computing, telecommunications, public safety radio, and video conferencing. Her expertise leading, transforming and managing large IT organizations has created high-performing teams and partnered cross functional public and private organizations. Her work has garnered both local and national recognition for her contributions to government technology.

William Sanders

Director of Technology Strategy and Business Development, Oracle Government and Education

William Sanders is the director of technology strategy and business development for Oracle Government and Education. Sanders previously served as the CIO for the Kansas Department of Labor, where he led a successful initiative to streamline the state’s unemployment claims process. Today, Sanders employs his government expertise to help IT professionals in federal, state and local government modernize legacy systems through cloud strategies and services.

Glenda Sakati

Director of Government Resell Programs, Oracle

Glenda Sakati, Director of Government Resell Programs for Oracle America, has over thirty years of experience in public procurement. Prior to joining Oracle, she managed a purchasing department for a government contractor. Having sat on both sides of the negotiating table, she possesses a unique and complete perspective into the government contracting realm, giving her insights into how to achieve efficiency and logic within a complex process.
