Anh Selissen serves as chief information officer (CIO) and the director of the Information Technology Division, overseeing customer relationship management, information security, operations and financial management, applications support, data governance, service integration and governance, transportation program support, traffic technology operations, IT business operations, strategic direction, and the personnel and vendor activities of the Information Technology Division.

Selissen has led enterprise IT systems and staff in both the public and private sectors, having previously held positions as CIO at NuStats Inc. and director of enterprise systems at the University of Texas at Austin. Most recently, Selissen served as deputy CIO at the Texas Comptroller’s Office. Among several professional affiliations, Selissen is on the AASHTO Transportation Technology Committee. She served two years as president of the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications and IT chair of the State Agency Coordinating Council.

Mary Lou is no stranger to the CyberSecurity industry, previously serving as Area Vice President for Palo Alto Networks and Vice President for CA’s public sector network security business including identity and API management. She brings a unique blend of tech acumen and 25 + years of government experience.

Prior to this role, John held leadership roles as a Field CIO with Presidio, VP of National Technology Strategy with Government Sourcing, and spent 21 years in VT Government, 5.5 years of the State of Vermont CIO and Secretary of the Agency of Digital Services. John has over 25 years of experience in the State and Local space holding multiple elected and appointed positions. He resides in Vermont with his wife (Shelby) and kids (Kennedy 12, Calvin 10).

Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government.

From June 2008 to September 2013, Sean served as the state of Oregon’s Deputy State Chief Information Officer. Since 2013, Sean has served as a Principal Legislative IT Analyst with the Oregon Legislative Fiscal Office and as the Committee Administrator for Oregon’s Joint Legislative Committee on Information Management and Technology. In addition, Sean serves as a member Oregon’s Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and as Oregon’s representative to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Taskforce on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Privacy.
