Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government. From June 2008 to September 2013, served as the state of Oregon’s Deputy State Chief Information Officer.

Nicollette Staton joined OpenCounter in 2022 as the Customer Experience Manager, working with cities and counties to bring streamlined permitting processes to their communities. She has over five years of experience focused on performance, data, and innovation work for local governments in Ohio, including as the Chief Performance Officer at the City of Cincinnati. She is passionate about designing frictionless processes and transparency in government.

Jay Anderson manages Digital Engagement and Public Participation at the City of Colorado Springs. Jay holds a 2010 Master of Public Affairs from the College of Public Service at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, where he also serves as the Chair of the Dean’s Community Advisory Board. Jay focuses on "the point of engagement" between the community and its government, creating programs that give a voice to people who want to have an impact on their community.
