Dustin Haisler is the Chief Innovation Officer of Government Technology's parent company e.Republic. Previously the finance director and later CIO for Manor, Texas, a small city outside Austin, Haisler quickly built a track record and reputation as an early innovator in civic tech. As Chief Innovation Officer, Haisler has a strategic role to help shape the company’s products, services and future direction. Primarily, he leads e.Republic Labs, a market connector created as an ecosystem to educate, accelerate and ultimately scale technology innovation within the public sector.

Pratik Desai

IT Manager II, Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles

Over 20 years of experience in variety of IT areas and is currently leading his organization through their database platform modernization efforts. Involved in various statewide initiatives and is excited about the different collaboration efforts under way in the California courts and within the justice community.

Sarjoo Shah

Industry Executive Director, State and Local, Oracle

Sarjoo Shah is an industry executive director for Oracle’s state and local government practice. He is the former CIO for 26 agencies within the State of Oklahoma’s Health and Human Services cabinet, where he served for nearly nine years. Prior to his role at the state level, he has served in other positions including CIO at Department of Human Services. He has also held leadership positions with the executive committee of the American Public Human Services Association IT Solutions Management (APHSA-ISM) group for several years. A resident of Oklahoma City, Okla., he holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai and is a certified enterprise architect and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
