Overview

February 15

Watch Now

The public sector – state and local governments, K-12 institutions and special districts – are tasked with running the most impactful operations in their communities. Yet many organizations are saddled with outdated technologies rife with data silos, complex and unreliable integrations, disparate user experiences and cumbersome reporting – and are sometimes forced into costly upgrades that ultimately hinder them from fulfilling their missions.

To truly support their constituencies, accelerate innovation and achieve long-term sustainability, public sector organizations need to embrace end-to-end digital transformation of their backend operations through a move to complete software-as-a-service in the cloud. Only then can they achieve the cost reductions and organizational agility that comes with a modern, cloud-based environment.

On February 15th at 10:00 am PT/1:00 pm ET, Government Technology will be joined by the cities of Atlanta and Detroit to discuss how the transition to ERP and HCM in the cloud provided their agencies with an escape from their legacies and brightened their horizons. Register now for this hour-long webcast to hear more about:

  • What drove these organizations to the cloud and what they looked for in a cloud solution
  • Some of the hurdles they faced and the lessons learned
  • How the cloud has helped them transform internal and external processes
