Watch Now

State and local governments and other public-sector agencies are continually being asked to deliver services to constituents at levels on par with private-sector service providers – despite not having the wealth of resources that private organizations are often afforded. Cloud-based customer identity and access management (CIAM) can help solve this challenge.

Join Government Technology on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 9 AM PT/ 12 PM ET for an exciting discussion about the transformational impact of extending the full power of cloud-based CIAM in the public sector. A panel of experts will discuss identity and access management best practices and how implementing them can help government agencies take a citizen-centric approach to delivering services that drives engagement and improves resident outcomes.

In this webinar, we will cover:

  • How some leading jurisdictions are approaching this challenge.
  • Exploring who has done it before successfully and the steps they took to get there
  • Importance of understanding the requirements from a citizen perspective.
  • Engaging internal security and compliance teams early and often.
  • Driving citizen uptake of services.
  • Processes for ongoing stakeholder-driven service improvement.
  • The importance of considering privacy legislation and policy when selecting a solution.
