Jim Jorstad is Senior Fellow for the Center for Digital Education and the Center for Digital Government. He is a retired emeritus interim CIO and Cyber Security Designee for the Chancellor’s Office at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He served in leadership roles as director of IT client services, academic technologies and media services, providing services to over 1,500 staff and 10,000 students. Jim has experience in IT operations, teaching and learning, and social media strategy. His work has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Forbes and NPR, and he is a recipient of the 2013 CNN iReport Spirit Award. Jim is an EDUCAUSE Leading Change Fellow and was chosen as one of the Top 30 Media Producers in the U.S.

Rajesh Jaluka is Chief Technology Officer of US Public Market at Kyndryl. He leads a team of solution engineers and architects to solve problems for Kyndryl’s customers in government, education, healthcare, and life sciences. He advises customers on improving business outcomes with technologies, modern operating models, technical practices, and culture. He has experience leading application teams through DevOps and DevSecOps maturity to reduce the time to market for applications and deliver business value sooner.

Vidhu is a highly experienced leader in delivering digital transformation in the public sector. He has over 15 years of experience in managing teams and has extensive expertise in strategy and technology. Vidhu excels at evaluating the near-term and long-term needs of programs and projects, making cost-effective and valuable strategic technology decisions. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked for government agencies, consulting firms, and enterprise companies, delivering enterprise-wide value to customers. In addition to his work, Vidhu is involved in the community and is a speaker at local universities. He holds board positions at several organizations, including the University of Southern California's Sacramento Center. He is currently the Interim Business Strategy Leader for Critical Infrastructure, Transportation and Public Finance for Microsoft’s State & Local Government Industry Team. He is also the curator of the book – Generative Artificial Intelligence in State & Local Government.
