Government agencies are at a pivotal moment. Constituents expect faster, more transparent services. Staff are overwhelmed by manual processes and paper-based workflows. And the promise of AI, while exciting, creates real questions about security, compliance, and implementation.

This summit cuts through the hype to deliver what public sector leaders actually need: strategies, real-world success stories, and demonstrations of what's possible today. Join technology leaders, agency innovators, and your peers for a virtual experience designed to help you move from pilot to production— without sacrificing security or compliance.

During the summit, you’ll choose between two compelling customer success stories. Hear from the City of Denver on their evolution with Box, from file storage and secure external collaboration to Content+ AI. Alternatively, join a security-focused conversation with the CISO of the Georgia Department of Community Health, exploring how this agency protects sensitive health data while eliminating manual bottlenecks, and how they use AI auto-classification and ransomware protection right where their content lives.

What you'll experience

  • Live demonstrations showing how Intelligent Content Management transforms transforms case processing, strengthens compliance, and benefits administration from end to end
  • Expert guidance on why most internal AI pilots fail — and the proven playbook for beating those odds
  • Practical frameworks for balancing rapid innovation with the governance guardrails your agency requires

Who Should Attend

This summit is designed for state and local leaders who are responsible for modernizing operations while maintaining compliance:

  • CIOs and IT directors navigating FedRAMP, CJIS, and StateRAMP requirements
  • Agency and department heads seeking measurable improvements in service delivery
  • Program managers looking to reduce processing times and eliminate backlogs
  • CISOs and security leaders balancing innovation with data protection

Whether you're exploring your first AI pilot or scaling proven solutions across your organization, you'll leave with actionable strategies and insight into transformative solutions you can leverage at your organization.

Your constituents can't wait. Your staff shouldn't have to. See what's possible when security, intelligence, and automation work together.
