She is known for translating complex technical challenges into actionable business strategies and guiding customers through large-scale modernization efforts. Angela is a strong advocate for Network as a Service (NaaS) and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, helping public sector organizations identify practical applications for AI while building the secure, scalable digital infrastructure needed to support future innovation. Her passion lies in helping organizations simplify complexity, accelerate transformation, and deliver better outcomes for the citizens and communities they serve.

With over a decade of experience in Enterprise Communications, Networking, and IT Security, Ken focuses on modernization and optimization projects that enhance the performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of IT organizations.

Ken brings the full capability of Lumen to the table, working closely with purpose-driven organizations to select and deliver scalable solutions that improve citizen experiences. He has a passion for making complex concepts easy to understand, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions that achieve their technical and budgetary goals.

Ken has also collaborated extensively with Lumen’s Product and Innovation Lab, GrowthOS, and the Strategic Technology Partnerships (STP) group, and is an honorary member of Hacked, Lumen’s cybersecurity podcast.

His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government.
