Today’s state and local governments don’t just need a strong cybersecurity posture. They need a truly comprehensive security program, one that’s agile enough to grow and flex as threats evolve.

To understand the importance of a lasting security program – how to build it, how to fund it and how to sustain it – Government Technology has invited two national experts with extensive experience leading cybersecurity programs in the public sector:

  • Maria Thompson, former Chief Risk and Security Officer, North Carolina
  • Geoff Brown, former Chief Information Security Officer, New York City

Join us June 21 for a 30-minute webcast featuring these two security leaders. They will discuss the importance of establishing real-time situational awareness, the need for a federated environment to achieve visibility, and how to build a culture of security within your state or local organization.
