As K–12 schools face rising demands around safety, efficiency, and infrastructure modernization, many districts are turning to connected technology to meet the moment. From daily operations to emergency response, real-time data and intelligent systems are giving education leaders the visibility and agility they need to protect students and maximize resources.

This timely webinar from the Center for Digital Education will explore how K–12 districts are leveraging connected technologies — including smart sensors, integrated building systems, fleet tracking and environmental monitoring — to build safer, more efficient learning environments. Whether it’s detecting threats on campus, improving transportation logistics, or monitoring HVAC and energy use, districts are using these tools to operate more proactively and make better-informed decisions.

Attendees will learn:

  • How real-time visibility into facilities, fleets, and campus activity can improve response times and overall safety
  • Where connected technologies are helping districts do more with less — from maintenance to transportation to energy management
  • What strategies districts are using to integrate siloed systems into a unified operational picture
  • How modern infrastructure investments can support both day-to-day efficiency and long-term resilience

Designed for district leaders in operations, IT, safety, and facilities, this session offers a forward-looking look at how connected technology is reshaping the way schools keep students safe and learning environments running smoothly.
